As Founder and President of Lipstick Sister, LLC (2011–2020), I built and led a pioneering members-only women’s network, driving growth through curated programming, strategic partnerships, and a refined member experience model designed to foster trust, engagement, and long-term retention. Always guided by the mission to help women feel beautiful, worthy, empowered, and truly seen.

 

Building on this foundation, I went on to launch 7 Skincare, LLC, a skincare brand rooted in education, daily rituals, and accessible luxury. In this role, I oversee brand strategy, product development, and community engagement—combining a deep understanding of women and consumer experience with operational excellence to create a business that prioritizes both impact and integrity.
